i enjoyed the seamless transport service arranged from the local airport! it made arrival so easy. the breakfast selection had generous options. the beach and pool amenities provided hours of relaxation.

I noticed some build quality issues. It seemed like shortcuts had been taken. the resort felt a bit soulless. it didn't quite match the premium marketing.

Communication via whatsapp worked effectively. It streamlined requests. every staff member i encountered was genuinely hospitable. Nicole checked on us. glenn at the hair salon listened to my preferences. I appreciated her haircare tips.

The room included nice touches. There was a free hat and beach bag provided. i found the room clean and very comfortable. housekeeping maintained a super clean room to come home to. This was greatly appreciated.
